Personalization Methods
Laser Engraved
Work well on all metal and wood products. Work with some Acrylic, Leather,
Rubber, Plastic and Vinyl. No PVC Based products. Advantage: Won't wear out.
Disadvantage: Only shown the based material color.
Laser Engraved With Oxidation
Works best on matte or china pearl finishes when a black contract is needed.
Screen Print or Pad Print
Works well on all products. Not recommended for metals. Advantage: Can have
various colors. Disadvantage: Very easy wear out on metal products.
Sandblasting or Etching
Works well on Crystal, Glass and Marble products. Advantage: Create very sharp
and deep images on products. Disadvantage: Slow and high cost.

Artwork
Camera-ready art (black and white line art minimum 200%) is required for barrel,
cap, gift box crystal and marble imprint. Photo clip/crown top: Color art
required. Die struck and chemical etching: Contact factory for details.
Typesetting: Minimum charge for typesetting from our available styles is
$20.00(P) for writing pens, crystal and marble. Each line in excess of two lines
is $10.00(P).
Personalization
Writing instruments: Personalized list must be typed. Please submit exactly as
per desired imprint. Laser $2.50(R) per line. Crystal and Marble items:
Personalization: Hand etched in calligraphy only personalization list must be
typed as per desired imprint. Etch: $6.00(R) per name. Maximum length size
depends on piece, please contact factory for further details.
Crystal and Marble Etching

Etch area may vary slightly due to bevels rounded shapes of
certain pieces.

Color fill is based on thickness of lines and may not be
available for certain type of styles and artwork.

Certain font styles may not be appropriate for sandblast
etching due to size or line thickness.

Multiple line etching on round surface may be limited to avoid
distortion of artwork or text.

Multiple paper proofs and changes will be charged $20.00(P)
each time.

On globes, sporting balls, apples etc. logo must be sized and
fonts be acceptable to ensure consistent quality in finished etch.
Acceptable File Formats
Vector images: Please include font files or convert text to
outlines in program Illustrator "AI" file.
Raster Images: Resolution at least 600 dpi, Photoshop "EPS", "TIF",
"PSD", "JPG" formats.
Please do not use self-extracting file and art that has been
placed in programs such as word or quarkxpress.

Lanex reserves the right to change the price without notice.

Quantities of products with different item numbers may be
combined on one order for a greater quantity price, provided the imprint
design is identical for all items.

Cancellation and Returns
Orders cancelled will be subject to payment for all make-ready
costs plus all applicable product, production cost incurred and $25.00
processing fee, plus a 20% restocking fee.
All returns must have factory authorization. Blank items are
subject to $25.00 processing fees plus 20% restocking fees of the net cost of
the order. Imprinted items may be returned if found defective or damaged for
replacement only. No refund or credit will be issued and all returns must be
freight pre-paid within 30 days of shipment.
Changes
Orders changed once our make-ready process has begun will incur
additional art and/or typesetting charges as applicable.
Product Specification
All returns must have factory authorization. Blank items are
subject to $25.00 processing fees plus 20% restocking fees of the net cost of
the order. Imprinted items may be returned if found defective or damaged for
replacement only. No refund or credit will be issued and all returns must be
freight pre-paid within 30 days of shipment.
Production Time
Un-imprinted Products: 48 hours.
Imprinted Products: Crystal and Good Value Products 7-10 working days Others 5 to 7 working days, Large order, please check with factory.
Clip Emblem and Crown Top Logos: 3-4 weeks.

Proofs
Paper Proof: Free up to 2 paper proof per original artwork.
Multiple paper proof, add $20.00(P) per proof.
Product Proof: Setup plus product cost.
Speculative Samples: $45.00(G) plus cost of item.
Terms
Net 30 days with approved credit. First time orders: Deposit and
credit references required.

The artwork, designs and trademark illustrated on products are
reproduced only as examples of the capability and quality of craftsmanship
available and are not intended to represent that the products are either
endorsed or produced by the owners of the artwork, designs or trademark. Lanex
assume clients are authorized to use trademark presented for reproduction. We
assume no liability in trademark or copyright disputes.
